Part Number Guide

How to Read a Nameplate & Find Your Part Number

Every maker runs its own part number system. Copy the number exactly as printed - we match from there.

1

Photograph the nameplate

Nameplates and stamped or cast markings show maker, model and serial - photograph everything you can see. Part numbers may also come from manuals or the removed part.

2

Copy it exactly

Include every digit, dash and suffix - part numbers are matched literally, not approximately.

3

Send it with your inquiry

Send the photos and numbers with your inquiry - you receive a line-item quotation confirming source, condition and lead time for each item.

Maker names and logos are used for document navigation and part identification only; they do not imply authorization, agency or affiliation. Compatibility and document revision are confirmed per inquiry.
